Clubs means any club or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Club Apps platform.
Churches means any Church or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Church Apps platform.
Businesses means any business or other entity that has subscribed and uses the Business Apps platform.
Skool Loop means Advert Media Limited or its assigns.
Skool Loop Platform means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Skool Loop mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, Skool Loop and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
SkoolBooks means Advert Media Limited or its assigns.
SkoolBooks Platform means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the platform, the website, the school console, SkoolBooks and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
School Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns.
School Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the School Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, School Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Club Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns.
Club Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Club Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the club console, Club Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Church Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns.
Church Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Church Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the church console, Church Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Business Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns.
Business Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Business Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the business console, Business Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Website means the websites at the domains:
www.skoolloop.com, www.skoolbooks.org, www.schoolappsnz.co.nz, www.clubappsglobal.com, www.businessapps.nz, www.churchappsglobal.com or any website built by us.

We only process data to operate the platform.
Each organisation controls its own data.
Snapp Mobile Limited acts as processor where applicable.
All onboarding is processed strictly as a service provider acting on behalf of the organisation.
We only use submitted data to configure accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Consumer law rights are not excluded.
Users may stop using services at any time by deleting apps or disabling access.
Organisations may terminate access according to their policies.
All services operate on subscription terms with 90 days written notice for cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
All platform IP belongs to Advert Media Limited and/or Snapp Mobile Limited.
Advertising may be permitted subject to approval and suitability standards.
We may reject or remove inappropriate content.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platforms.
Reverse engineering or copying is prohibited.
We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
